Our approach
Security plan for every visit
We agree on stops, timings and a contact for each venue. The itinerary identifies where the escort, transport and reception teams take over.
If a meeting runs late or changes venue, the host knows who to contact, which transfers need replanning and who receives the updated schedule.
International guests
Who handles each part of the assignment?
Protection personnel provide escort. The protocol lead coordinates reception and venue transitions with the host. The transport team manages vehicle pickups and waiting times.
Team composition depends on coverage hours, the number of venues and the working language. We also agree responsibilities with the client’s existing team during the briefing.

Share the city, dates, group size and confirmed stops. With the host, identify the legs that require an escort or vehicle.

Review venue access, waiting times and existing arrangements to define coverage hours, staffing needs and outstanding decisions.

Agree on meeting points, responsibilities and who approves changes. Share the updated itinerary with the teams assigned to the visit.
